ICG Silver & Gold began trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange on March 31, 2026, after acquiring the Tuscarora District from American Pacific Mining. In its first six months as a public company, ICG took the District from permitting through a completed drill program.

ICG controls 100% of an approximately 10,000-acre silver and gold district about an hour northwest of Elko, Nevada. On September 17, 2026, the company reported that its first 3,000-meter program is finished, with assays pending from 12 holes across four targets. ICG plans an inaugural mineral resource estimate for the District in Q1 2027, subject to assay results and verification of historical data.

The company’s flagship project, the Tuscarora District is described as a silver-gold epithermal system and holds a historical drilling database of more than 40,000 meters, which it is combining with the new Phase 1 data to refine its geological model.

A district with a production record

500,000+ oz gold*

….and 7.5 million oz silver in historical district production

ICG’s summary of section 1.3 of the NI 43-101 technical report dated January 7, 2026, noted historical production from placers, quartz veins and stockwork at Tuscarora exceeded 500,000 ounces of gold and 7.5 million ounces of silver. This is historical production by prior operators. It is not a mineral resource and does not indicate that ICG’s property contains mineral resources.

The Tuscarora volcanic field formed between 39.9 and 39.3 million years ago, which the company notes overlaps the 40 to 37 million year window of gold mineralization on the Carlin Trend.

Assays pending
East Pediment5 holes, about 1,311 m
Battle Mountain3 holes, about 807 m
Silica3 holes, about 675 m
Kings Vein1 hole, about 256 m

Twelve holes in ICG’s 3,000-meter Phase 1 program, with each target’s meters drawn to scale. Samples are being submitted to an independent laboratory. ICG reports that drilling at each completed target encountered the geological horizons interpreted in its 3D subsurface model. Encountering these horizons does not mean they contain mineralization. No assay results from this program have been released yet.

Project Spotlight

Staking and Consolidation of Battle Mountain

The newly staked claims were identified through ongoing technical evaluation, including the integration of recently completed geophysical surveys, historical mapping, and legacy exploration datasets. This work has outlined previously underexplored structural corridors and favorable lithologic contacts interpreted to control mineralization across the District.

Battle Mountain Target at the Tuscarora District

These results come from prior operators and have not been verified by ICG or a QP. A total of 13 reverse circulation (RC) drill holes were completed historically, including 6 holes totaling approximately 1,280 meters with recorded assay data, and an additional 7 holes totaling approximately 690 meters for which assay data are not currently available. Highlighted results from the assayed drill holes at Battle Mountain include values of up to 13.63 g/t gold and 41.14 g/t silver, highlighting the prospectivity of the target area.

BATTLE MOUNTAIN CLAIMS

The newly staked claims are interpreted to cover extensions of key geological features, including prospective structures and alteration systems that are believed to play a critical role in controlling mineralization throughout the district (see Figures 1 and 2).

ICG’s stated objectives for the expanded footprint are to:

  • Consolidate fragmented ownership across prospective corridors
  • Control potential extensions of known mineral systems
  • Enhance targeting efficiency through district-scale exploration models

Flagship Project & Exploration Assets

Tuscarora District

ICG Silver & Gold controls 100% of their silver and gold project in Nevada. Nevada ranks among the top mining jurisdictions according to the Fraser Institute Annual Survey of Mining Companies, February 2026 report. The project is at an early exploration stage and has no mineral resources or mineral reserves.

ICG leaders believe the Tuscarora volcanic field is the largest example of Eocene-age magmatism in Nevada, formed between 39.9 and 39.3 Ma (million years ago) – aligning with the 40–37 Ma period of gold mineralization in the Carlin Trend, the most prolific gold belt in North America.

Investors should review the company’s full risk factor disclosure before making an investment decision.

ICG has carried out a 3,000-meter Phase 1 reverse circulation drill program across priority targets identified through district-scale geological modeling.

Assay results are being released on a rolling basis as they are received and reviewed by the company.

ICG has stated an intention to complete a maiden mineral resource estimate. Any resource estimate will be prepared in accordance with National Instrument 43-101 and announced through the company’s official disclosure channels once completed.

ICG Silver & Gold was formed through a plan of arrangement with American Pacific Mining Corp., which contributed the Tuscarora District assets. American Pacific Mining retained an equity interest in ICG following the arrangement.

ICG’s exploration program follows standard industry quality assurance and quality control protocols, including certified reference materials, blanks, and duplicate samples submitted alongside drill samples to an independent, accredited laboratory.

Technical Information

Scientific and technical information on this page is summarized from ICG disclosure reviewed and approved by Steven L. McMillin, P.G., of Rangefront Mining Services, an independent Qualified Person under National Instrument 43-101. The technical report titled “NI 43-101 Technical Report – Tuscarora Project, Elko County, Nevada, USA,” dated January 7, 2026, is available under ICG’s profile at www.sedarplus.ca and at www.icgsilverandgold.com.

Historical production, drilling and sampling figures on this page, including district production, Dexter production and historical Battle Mountain drill results, come from prior operators. A Qualified Person has not verified them, and they should not be relied upon. Historical production is not a mineral resource or mineral reserve and does not indicate that ICG’s property contains either.

Rock samples are selective and may not represent mineralization on the property. Information about nearby properties, mines and trends, including the Carlin and Independence trends, Dexter, Midas, Jerritt Canyon and Goldstrike, is not necessarily indicative of mineralization on ICG’s property.

ICG reports under Canadian NI 43-101, not the SEC’s mining disclosure rules in Regulation S-K, Subpart 1300. ICG’s information may not be comparable to that of SEC-registered mining companies.

Mineral Title and Permits

ICG’s property consists of unpatented lode mining claims with the BLM. Unpatented claims are subject to the paramount title of the United States, require annual BLM maintenance fees and county filings, and can be challenged. Exploration on BLM land requires authorization under 43 CFR Part 3809 and, as applicable, a reclamation permit and financial assurance from the Nevada Division of Environmental Protection, Bureau of Mining Regulation and Reclamation.
